REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

BidBharat operates a real-time, competitive promotional leaderboard where users submit Indian startup URLs and place bids in Indian Rupees (INR) to claim and hold ranking positions on the live board. Because ranking positions, leaderboard updates, and metadata displays are digital services delivered and reflected immediately upon successful payment confirmation, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below.

Real-time execution: Once a bid payment is successfully processed through Razorpay and recorded on the live BidBharat leaderboard, the service is considered immediately rendered. Consequently, cancellations of confirmed bids are not permitted.

Pending / incomplete transactions: If a transaction is abandoned, closed, or cancelled before payment authorization is completed on the Razorpay payment gateway screen, no charge will be incurred.

Payment debited but bid not placed (technical failure): If money is debited from your bank account, card, or UPI wallet, but the transaction fails to register on BidBharat due to a network glitch, server timeout, or payment gateway communication error, you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate charges: If an inadvertent system or payment gateway error causes multiple debits for a single bid attempt, duplicate charges will be refunded.

Non-refundable scenarios: Active and completed bids reflected on the leaderboard, being outbid by another user (as competitive displacement is the core mechanic of the leaderboard), change of mind, or user submission errors already processed.

Investigation and verification: All refund claims are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

Credit turnaround time: Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately and will be credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days, in accordance with Razorpay and banking clearance timelines.
