What you can expect from BidBharat, and what we expect from the startups and bidders on the board.
The service
BidBharat is a live bidding leaderboard for Indian startups. Anyone can submit a startup's web address and bid in rupees to claim a position on the board — no account is required. Positions are held by the highest successful bid and change live.
Submissions and your responsibility
When you submit a URL, you confirm you have the right to promote that website, that the category and city you choose are accurate, and that the site does not break the Rules. The name, tagline and logo shown for a listing are detected automatically from the site itself.
Claims and payments
Claiming a position means paying your bid amount. Payments are processed by our payment provider; BidBharat never sees or stores your card or UPI credentials. A bid counts only once its payment succeeds, and a position is held only while it remains the highest successful bid for that startup.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated or scripted bidding, no fake or fraudulent payments, no interference with the leaderboard or its infrastructure, and no submissions you aren't entitled to promote.
Content and URLs
You are responsible for the website you submit and for any content reachable through it. BidBharat displays metadata fetched from that site and doesn't endorse or verify the products, claims, or services behind any listing.
Changes and availability
BidBharat is an evolving project. We may change the rules, bid ladder, features, or the board itself, and may remove listings that break these terms. The service is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued.
